I am so excited for February’s PV promo!
This month, Young Living wants us to focus on self-care. It’s so easy to get caught up in busy schedules and routines, to rush around and prioritize everything but ourselves. We know the importance of taking care of our body, allowing ourselves to relax, rest, and recharge… yet, we rarely indulge in self-care routines. So, this month, I challenge each of you to begin your own self-care routine!
This months free promo oils will help you with your self-care journey. Check them out below. Also, head on over to my Facebook for more posts and tips on how to use these oils throughout the month.
BONUS: Not only are you getting a bunch of awesome oils for free this month, but Young Living is giving you bonus rewards points! At 250 pv you will be rewarded with 20 bonus rewards points, and at 300 pv you receive a bonus of 40 points! (Umm, hello, 1 point = 1 pv, which is usually equal to one dollar!)
Need Some Inspiration?
Here are some suggestions for incorporating these oils into your self-care routine!
Lemongrass – 100 pv reward
Lemongrass is really great for purification. Its one of the oils included in Young Living’s Purification blend for this reason. Try it as a spot treatment on “teenage skin!” Lemongrass is also in Young Living’s DiGize blends as it provides digestive support. When diffused, Lemongrass has a grounding and soothing effect.
Diffuser – One important (and super easy) way to start your self-care routine is with a spa-inspired diffuser blend. The February 2017 PV promo is PERFECT for this! A great blend to try: Add 1 drop Eucalyptus Radiata, 1 drop Lemongrass, 2 drops Palo Santo, and 1 drop Wintergreen to your diffuser. Sit back, relax, and enjoy.
PanAway – 300 pv reward
PanAway is the blend you use for whatever hurts. Remember the nursery rhyme, “head, shoulders, knees and toes?” PanAway can be used on any discomfort, head to toe. A lot of people reach for this in place of Tylenol for their head discomfort.
In case you haven’t realized it yet, PanAway is a hidden gem in your Premium Starter Kit. It is a LIFESAVER after a long day, or after leg day, or after any discomfort you experience throughout the day! Being able to get a bottle of PanAway for free this month is a blessing- especially if you’ve already run out of your PSK PanAway and keep forgetting to reorder more. Take advantage of PanAway’s soothing benefits during your self-care by DIY-ing a muscle rub. Combine a drop or two with a handful of your choice of carrier oil and rub wherever you’re sore. You could even get fancy and use it like a massage oil.
Wintergreen – 190 pv reward
Wintergreen is one of the oils in Young Living’s PanAway blend, which is also a promo oil this month. Note: Use caution and keep your Wintergreen away from kiddos- it smells like sweet, minty candy!
Wintergreen is actually one of my favorite smells. It reminds me of the smell of the sun on the teaberry plants outside our lake house in Maine. It’s really crazy how it immediately makes me think of that- the connection between scent and memory always amazes me. In terms of its uses, Wintergreen is great for sore muscles. I always rub it on my joints after playing tennis when I need a little extra soothing. I love it!
Eucalyptus Radiata – 190 pv bonus reward!
Rub some on your chest when you get the sniffles. Combine Eucalyptus Radiata with your Wintergreen for even more muscle-soothing power. Add some to your cleaners for a refreshing and invigorating scent.

Palo Santo – 250 pv reward
Palo Santo, or “holy wood,” has a grounding effect that is great for meditation and self-reflection. Young Living suggests enhancing your massage experience by adding Palo Santo. As part of your self-care routine, Palo Santo will help you achieve emotional balance.
I love to add Palo Santo to my diffuser during my yoga sessions. It deepens my experience and grounds me while I practice! Give it a try.
Which February promo oil are you most excited to get for free?
Lemongrass? PanAway? How about Eucalyptus Radiata? (Learn more about the differences between thee three types of Eucalyptus here.) Or maybe Wintergreen? Palo Santo? I also want to see what your self-care plans are for the month. Let me know in the comments!
